Flat stomach secret

It is true.

It is hard work.

A 200 times a day sit up routine.

Truly inspired by Britney Spears my favourite.



At first I will start for a 50 times sit up and by breaking it into 5 session of 10 times each time.

Then 5 session of 20 times sit up when you get use to it.

Later changed it into 5 sessions of 40 times of sit up each time.

Finally 2 session of 100 times of sit up.

Result is fabulous.

All you need is real hard work and determination.
