women and aurah

guys also have their aurah to cover and conceal but im just talking about gals here...

I came across this blog and are very touched with the articles(got 4 parts) and it makes me realize that i'm very bless to be born in Islam. Alhamdulillah. If otherwise, will i be able to search Islam, like she did or will i be another human being that just too focus on the world and living the world to the fullest and being naive on the real purpose of human on the earth and neglected totally on the subject of religion. Thinking of the possibility makes me shivers.

Then i continue my blog hopping and reach another blog whom the writer is a born muslim and the article make me feel ashame and remind myself of the time when i'm just as ignorant as she is. I didn't know my own religion before and i don't even read the quran's translation to understand the content and command of Allah s.w.t. Of course i read the arabic quran but i don't understand it coz i don't speak arabic. Only after reading the translation and recently watching usrah regarding tafsir Al quran from Dr. Fatimah Az-Zahra that i really feel my religion, i feel god and i see its truth.
Every now and then whenever i read anything about Islam, i feel different from before. I feel something rather than before i feel nothing. I guess then was the time when i was far from god. I'm glad to hear that one step or effort anyone make to get closer to Allah s.w.t., HE will take seven steps to get close to you. Subhanallah. I am glad that its not to late for me.

Back to the 2nd article i read, its about skinny jeans. Well skinny jeans really hung tight to your legs and it will definitely not hide anything from other people. Please we should not only cover our aurah but also keep it concealed by wearing something looser. If you can't cover your aurah the right way, please don't go to the very end of the wrong way, especially if you are wearing a hijab/tudung/headscarf. Be somewhere in a middle, do yourself a favour by maximising your step to Allah s.w.t. instead of doing worthless things like choosing skinny jeans over other looser jeans just for fashion sake, and denying doing things for Allah s.w.t. Remember that we live in this world for our akhirat the hereafter and not to enjoy our brain off in this world. Muslim should know that being close to Allah s.w.t. and heaven is sooooooooo much better than any joy and happiness in the world. Actually nothing in this world can be compared to Allah swt grace and heaven.

The common statement i heard from those who didn't feel like covering their aurah was because they are not ready and they didn't want to be insincere when covering their aurah. Astaghfirullah. How naive. It is not that they are not ready but they don't really know their religion, they don't feel Allah s.w.t. Logically speaking, how can you let yourself not concealing your aurah just due to insincerity yet willingly object to what Allah swt command us to do, in a way you are saying that I know better than Allah swt and commit sin. We often focus on what Allah swt command us to do yet rarely do we focus and appreciate on what Allah swt do for us and gives us. The cloth we wear, the money we have, the eyes, ears, a pair of working legs and hands, fingers, good family, husband, children, air to breath and many many many other things. The list will never end to count the things Allah swt gives and will later rewards us even more yet HE ask only a little from us.

Mosque is god's house

Women in menstruation are not allowed to enter the mosque-praying area!!!!!!!
(Read from an article from local newspaper)

I am shocked!!!!!Super shock like electric shock or like being stroke by lightning....

I have entered the praying area like a million times before while in menstruation.
My ustazah would just often reminded us to take good care so that our period does not stain the carpet of the mosque as they must keep it clean to be able to perform the solah/shalat/prayer there and has never forbid us girls during our period from entering the mosque.

So girls just be responsible and make sure that
(1.) Duuuh wear a new sanitary pad
(2.) Sit properly
(3.) Always make sure that no leakage while in the mosque....
If you are having a heavy period then better for you not to visit the mosque, obviously because we should care for the mosque cleanness......

Second shocker>>>>Non-Muslim also cannot enter the mosque-praying area as being categorize as in the same category of women in menstruation

I read many revert/convert stories that their visit to the mosque to watch the performing of prayers often plays a significant role in knowing the religion better. As seeing is believing, this will later open their mind and heart to Islam even more. So we should welcome them and not shoo them away. That is rude. I see no harm for them to visit the mosque except for Masjidil Haram but of course we the Muslim should educate them on the proper etiquette of visiting mosque to our non-Muslim brothers and sisters. It is our responsibility and them being ignorant of the proper manner is definitely our fault.

Whether you are a Muslim or not, we all should maintain the purity of the mosque and do nothing that will jeopardize it. Mosque is after all god's house. We are just Allah's guest and thus act like a guest and not like the host.

When I have enough cash, I will definitely build my own mosque that has superb facilities like hostels, public kitchen, sports facilities, libraries, classes and halls for all to use Muslim or non-Muslim.

Maid in Manhattan

Well not really, more like a maid in Malaysia....

The many complaints i heard about the maids and the problems they give their employer really get my head cracking to find a solution to it...

Or at least a thought that worth a try....

Fortunately i don't have one to suffer from the countless problems other faced....

I rather hire a cleaner lady for the upkeep of my house, send out my laundry to laundry shop, send my kids to kindergarten/nursery(which i don't have but better option is not to have one at the first place or at least have them when you can afford the kindergarten fees) and for the food you can always buy it from outside....

Love the great superB man and woman

who????
the lovely man and woman of the police force, soldiers, fireman, paramedics, teachers and lots more that just slip my mind rite now...........

unfortunately i don't think that they are getting enough for their paycheck...how can they provide their services properly if they got other worries playing in their heads like the financial woes...

Taking the policeman as an example, we frequently heard that they asked for duit kopi and what not...if it is true, i believe the only main reason they did that is because of the problem of low income...but of course it is still wrong regardless of reasons.

the main point is that they should be getting lot more than they are paid now....

Devotion vs Oppression

the issue of hijab has always been heavily debated and most would always criticize it by saying that it is a sign of inequality and how the hijabi are being pressured to wear them. This is the article that made me write this post.

the funny thing is that most comment, opinion and debate came from those that don't even wear it and not even muslim. The comments given are as if they are a seasoned hijabi but in fact they never worn it before.

Acting as if they know better, they try their very best to ban it in school, offices and other places. This is a nuisance to us hijabi when their action create a difficult situation for us that eventually itself is a way of inequality and oppression.

Please open your eyes and heart, the hijab worn will definitely not be forced on you and it is our own choice to wear it so don't act on our behalf to protect and save us from this "delusional oppression" when we don't ask for it. Instead, what we ask is to give us our right to wear it freely without being look down at and being judged.

Why can an individual walk down the street half naked freely without any discrimination and harassment while an individual that is covered can't be treated the same?

Everybody would be very familiar with the dressing of a nun. A hijabi and a nun both wear a covered and modest clothing yet they claimed that a nun way of dressing is a sign of devotion while a hijabi is an oppression. Where is the logic? Wearing hijab is one of the command of god. He creates us thus he knows better on how we should be living and in this case wear.

This poor lady died because of the hatred that have been built in the mentality of the society towards hijab. But her death is not a waste because insyallah she will be very happy in the hereafter. When we die, it is not the end but it is the start of the "real living", "real life". Living in this world is not the real life but the real life is in the hereafter. The world is just a place where our iman is being tested and those who do good will succeed and live happily in heaven that is like a gazillion times better than this world. This world is like a pit stop before we reach our real destination.

Some muslim cover their aurat and some not, which one is better? Only god knows. But what I can say is that when Allah s.w.t. laid out the rules and what not, we should do our very best to follow it as he is our creator. He creates us thus he is way way way wayyyyyy smarter than us so doing otherwise is not wise and are we in a way trying to say that we are smarter than our creator.Naudhubillah.

when i look at you

Another song that keeps me wide awake while I'm studying ......

when i look at you by miley cyrus

Everybody needs inspiration,
Everybody needs a song
A beautiful melody
When the nights so long

Cause there is no guarantee
That this life is easy...

Yea when my world is falling apart
When there's no light to break up the dark
That's when I, I...
I look at you

When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can't
Find my way home anymore
That's when I, I...
I look at you

When I look At You I see forgiveness
I see the truth
You love me for who I am
Like the stars Hold the moon
Right there where they belong
And I Know I'm Not Alone.

Yea when my world is falling apart
When there's no light to break up the dark
That's when I, I...
I look at you

When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can't
Find my way home anymore
That's when I, I...
I look at you

You appear just like a dream to me
Just like Kaleidoscope colors that
Cover Me, All I need every
Breath that I breathe don't you know
You're beautiful...

Yea Yea Yea

When the waves
Are flooding the shore and I can't
Find my way home anymore
That's when I, I...
I look at you
I look at you

Yea Yea Oh OH OH

And you appear Just like a dream
To me.

will i ever make it home???

i can't get it out of my mind, out of my head, out of my system,,,,,

Will I Ever Make It Home

I woke up from my sleep to the sound of that voice
From the words that I heard I had no choice
They told me I had to turn around
My assurance slowly faded down
And I wonder

Will I ever make it home
Will I ever leave the ground
Leave this place so far behind

The plans that I had were quickly destroyed
The problem was one I couldn't avoid
They welcomed me to stay overnight
I'm too tired to complain so i just might
And I wonder

Will I ever make it home
To the place I recognize
Far from here and where I've been
And all the places that I've been shown
Will I ever make it home
Can they keep me here for good
Where I hardly know a soul
And my fear keeps going on

My weariness keeps growing inside
My patience is tarting to subside
And I hope I'll be there soon
It can't be long or I'll fall through

Will I ever make it home
Will I ever leave the ground
Leave this place so far behind
Till ther eis no turning back
Will I ever make it home
Get to where I wanna be
Find the ones who wait for me
To the place where I belong
Will I ever make it home

Another great song from Ingram Hill that i loooveeee>>>>

"On My Way"

I don't want your old letters
And I don't want to be friends
I've had enough to last a lifetime
and I don't wanna go again
I don't have to find a reason
And I don't have to answer why
It doesn't matter who is wrong here
I just wanna see you cry

And on my way I'll take the sunshine
On my way I'll take your dreams
On my way I'll say I'm sorry to no one but me

Let your family know I'm leavin
Lie to your girlfriends that you're well
Call and leave a cryin' message
I wanna know it hurts like hell

And on my way I'll take the sunshine
on my way I'll take your dreams
On my way I'll say I'm sorry to no one but me
On my way I'll be my own man
And I'll only please myself
On my way my pride's the only feeling I've got left

Swine Flu experience

With the rise of number of swine flu related death, we(my family and me) started to wear mask when going out...

Malaysian being malaysian this is the reaction i got when i wore the mask>>>>i wore it for the first time to pasar malam.Once i step out of the car with mask on, it seems like everyone looked at me weirdly and there was this pakcik that put a shocked face after seeing me and laughed at me afterwards....Ridiculous.....but i felt sillier because i actually give a damn to other people's stupid reaction that i took my mask off.....what a stupid thing to do.....but i vow not to be that stupid again....

another issue we face here is with the shortage of mask. It seems like mask is sold out everywhere yet ironically i can't see anyone wearing it.....i wonder where they use it for......

Sad weekend.....

First saw 5 kitten under a tree near somewhere i ate the other day. One already dead and the other four are very weak....It looks like they have been there for more than a week because of the really bad condition....Took the other four home and caring for them now.....I cant really keep them permenantly because already have 5 cats at home and will burn my pocket way way deep to put them in pet hotel during vacation...Now im just doing my best to take care of them til i can find them an alternative home...

Anyone out there that wants cute kitty to adopt can just drop me a message.....

Then saw another heart-wrenching situation today, saw an old man collecting food from garbage collector dumpsite that had been thrown by nearby wet-market operator. I saw him pick up nearly rotten vegetable, fruit and some old fish those people throw....It really rip my heart out.....I feel so sad...I feel so guilty by just living and having proper food to eat....I really hope that i can see that old man again next week so I can ask him where he live and help him anywhere i can.....

Alhamdulillah for all i have in the past, present and future...

To drink or not to drink

what is there to consider?????
It gives you more bad than good, that we can even say that it is no good at all...
If you want antioxidant from red wine, try pomegranate it is much much better...

What im talking about>>>>>Alcoholic drinks of course...
I believe that it is very irresponsible of parents to allow or even encourage(yes, there are parents who do this) their kids to drink...

For the kids, HELLO are you guys brain-dead or something, you should know it by now not to consume it regardless of your religion...I'm not only writing this for religion sake but social well-being...seriously.....

Quoting from The Star it says that" health experts suggest that men consume no more than two alcoholic drinks a day. Drinking more raises the risk for high blood pressure, stroke, violence and injuries and can leads to addiction."

So if you don't care about you health please at least consider other people because you might become an addict and start hurting other people or get drunk and kill someone. If you just don't have any heart at all, you might as well pack your bags and move to other planet/universe....

For the muslim>>>>Allah s.w.t. already tell us about the bad of alcoholic drinks and forbid us of drinking even one drop. So be a good muslim now and don't start drinking if you never have or stop if you drinks. Our creator know better what is best for us.

Treatment towards servant

This could really be applied to treatments towards maid.

According to Sura An Nisaa'/ 4.36,, we should be good to our servants or anyone within our control.
it could also apply on how an employer should treat their employee.

Here it said that we should give them food as what we eat for ourselves and gives them clothing as what we would wear ourselves.

Never hurt them as they are god creation as well.

Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. said that we should at least forgive the fault of our servants up to 70 times a day.

Definitely our prophet wants us to be patience and be able to forgive other people mistakes as we are not perfect either.

Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Physical

To love him is to know him...

This is taken by the description given by prophet's companion like Ali bin Abu Talib, Anas bin Malik, Abu Jahifah and such.

Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. is not too tall yet not too short.

Nor does he is fat or too thin but has a strong built.

He has a broad shoulder, pinkish round face, wide black eyes and long eyelashes.

He is very good looking, nice voice and like to smile a lot.

His laughter is often just a smile.

His hair is not straight yet not curly.

His palm is even softer than silk.

Children and religion

in order to have your child to have a strong ground and belief in the religion, we can definitely introduce them to the religion slowly...

summarize the history of the religion to the child....

ensure the child inquiry on why this religion and not the other is answered....

Introduce them little by little to religion comparison...

Instill in the child that god exist and the world itself is the proof....

once he/she belief that god exist, differences between religions and its history and the need of the religion in life, therefore he/she will be willing to practice the religion and definitely have a strong sense of belief in his/her religion....

It will be a very weak approach if you start otherwise, which is by way of asking him/her to practice first without any understanding on the religion.....both should go together....

Peaceful war in Islam

Seeing the war in Palestine make me wonder and hope for people all around the world to adopt an Islamic way of War.....

Places that have war will still be in peace and harmony if we do it Islamic way.

No kids will be harm
No woman will be killed
No elderly will be harm
No building will be destroyed
No trees will be chopped
No one that do not wish to be involved in the war will be killed or harrassed
No injustice and cruelty done

War Islam way is way way way more civilized than what civilized community know of......

Regardless what You are

Regardless what your religion, race, colour and background we should never fall apart and fight with each other because of our differences.

It should never be the reason to start a war and fight.

It should never be the reason to discriminate.

It should never be the reason to doubt each other.

It should always be the reason to get to know each other better.

It should always be the reason for peace.

what faith is

Faith should be from "our creator".
A complete religion should provide us the believer with the proper ways of leading and living our life regardless the era you are in.
It should gives us guidance because only God knows whats best for us.

Thus here Islam provide you with complete guidance of living your life the best way and provide solution for every situation and problems.

Quran can never be written by human and no one can rewritten it to be as good as it is now. Thus its content can never be changed and cannot be changed.

Allah s.w.t. is the only god.

Islam is the way of life.

God still Loves You

Some people might receive other people advice or criticism well but others might not....
hard to accept what other people say about you, especially if you think that they are so dead wrong.....

But have you taken the time to think it through, whatever was said to you...

Most may have not or just brush the opinion aside...

But I really treasure those comments and advice....

As hurtful as it might get sometimes, I believe there is maybe the tiniest truth in it...

From 100%, maybe 1% of the advice is useful for me to improve myself for the better....

Come on, we cannot be that perfect..its good to constantly improve ourselves...
don't be to proud and think so highly of yourself....

So constructive comments are always welcome....

It is like an advice from God and it shows that God still love You....

P.S.: You should at least go listen to a religious speech once in 40 days so that your heart will always be open and easy to accept any advice and able to improve yourself.

Forgiveness

In Islam, if you made a mistake with a human being you should seek for their forgiveness for he/she you have hurt.

If you have made sin, seek forgiveness from Allah s.w.t. and repent to not repeat the same mistake again.

And it is only fair to correct your mistake and help the person you have hurt.

It is not hard to seek forgiveness from Allah s.w.t.

You do not need any intermediaries. You do not have to search for a person who hold a certificate/degree/master/phd holder for giving forgiveness in sin in order to seek forgiveness.

True Religion

Today, there are so many religion that you can get easily confused and gave up hope on finding the true religion.

So which is the true religion?

A religion where its guidance can be easily changed by human beings according to what we prefer and reject?

A religion where we believe to be a god was a human beings?

A religion that forgiveness of sin can be gotten by a human being?

A religion where we have to suffer in order to receive something good in return?

A religion where you sometimes feels isn't logical?

Everyone need a religion. Need to believe there is god.

Without god you will feel very empty and believe that there is no purpose in life.

We sometimes replace god with human loves but we are very clear that it is not certain and can be easily swayed.

So which is the true religion?

Islam is the true religion. Allah s.w.t. is the only god that creates us all and everything else we see. Al-Quran is the book of Islam where its content provide us with guidance and its contents will never be altered and it is not contradicting. Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. is the last messenger of Allah s.w.t. to help us see the correct path.

Read the Al-Quran to see the truth yourself.

Jesus Christ aka Nabi Isa

First, he is a human being.

Second, he preached god's words. Allah s.w.t. word.

Third, he is not the son of god or god.

Fourth, when he is still alive, whatever he preached was left on deaf ears and not followed.

Fifth, when he died, Nabi Isa was made to be Jesus Christ the son of god who he was not.

Sixth, when he died, everything he preached was all manipulated and altered.

Do yourself a favour, read the bible and the Quran. Do a comparison.

Follow what Nabi Isa aka Jesus really preached which is Islam.

God Exist

Have you ever asked yourself whether god really exist?

Well it is a good question. The answer is an obvious Yes.

How do I know?

All you have to do is to look around you and ask yourself who is powerful enough to be able to build the earth and its content. And not only that, how about the other planets.

Everything is so perfectly in order with air containing oxygen to breath, water that can be drink as well sun for plants to grow and light.

Obviously it is not us that build the whole wide world, it is not man made. We can't even protect and preserve it properly for the future generations.

Believing in god and it existence will a be start to believe in what God guide us to do.

If you ever felt in doubt, no matter what your religion are, all you have to do is to pray hard so that you will be given the guidance and the correct path.

Hair Colouring for Muslim

It is lovely right????

But do you know that normal hair coloring product are not permitted to be worm by Muslim. Well not that it contain anything not halal(but if it is, it will be one of the issue) but for the fact that It does not penetrate into the hair shaft and will coat our hair instead.

Example of the said hair coloring will be the semi - permanent type.

This will make it impossible for water to pass through the color coated hair for our wudhuk for prayers/ablution or for Muslim "compulsory bath" under certain reason like after period.

Proper ablution needed for our prayer to be accepted and right.

Alternative will be henna.

Reference on this matter.

Islam, tradition and Modern world

I come to learn that a lot of people claim that Islam is not anymore relevant to be apply to this modern world....

This is very sad to hear as this is very different from what I know Islam is.

I'm a very modern girl and live in other part of the world and not where Islam origin.

It is versatile and never out of season or fashion.

What is important is for us to hold our belief strongly regardless of location and time as Islam is very easy to be apply in our daily life.

It is only us that make it hard.

Learn about your religion and you will see that it is a very reasonable religion where it provide you with a lot of space to simplify things.

But what is really important is not to take matters into our own hand. We should always consult with the ulama or imam if we are not clear on certain issues. Don't bend the guidance according to our own preference and only take what is only likable to you.

Mikaeel Michael Jackson revert to Islam

Is it true??????

Whether it is true or otherwise, it is very clear that most of the non-Muslim would be very likely to revert to Islam wherever they are searching for inner peace and help them in times of trouble......

I hope that if he really is reverting(which is a good thing for him), it will be out of sincerity but of course let Allah s.w.t be the judge of it.

Other Icon that revert to Islam under the sort of same situation:

  • Malcolm X
  • Tawana Brawley
  • Benjamin Chavis
  • John Allen Muhammad
  • Henry Tillman
  • Mike Tyson
  • James Ujaama
We should not be arguing which religion is better than the other and create unrest situation. Instead we should all learn to accept each other differences.

The reason why Allah s.w.t create variety/differences is to complement each other and learn from one another and not for us to degrade others, group yourself according to classes or alienate ourself from the rest of the world because of the differences.

For instance look at rainbow>>>>>>>>

It is beautiful because it contain and consist of different colors. Rainbow with only one color will definitely be very dull and boring.
And that is how happy we will be if we learn to accept each other without being judgmental.

For me, religion is a faith where it can provide me with proper comprehensive guidance, it is reliable, true, relevance and able to give inner peace wherever I'm near it.

Tears of Pophet Muhammad s.a.w.

Do you know that our Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. will cry every time a non-Muslim dies?

It is a sad thing when our fellow non-Muslim friend dies before reverting back to Islam.

Play our part by portraying the best part of being a Muslim so that we can attract them to see the beauty of Islam.

Polygamy class

Now again I will like to emphasis that Islam in no way encourage polygamy but only permit it for a few reasons.

So we ( man and especially woman) have to accept it because the rules of Islam is perfect my dear Muslim. It is only us who flaw it by not practicing it correctly.

It is one of the genius guidelines provided by Islam that come with a "syarat" or we can called rules before a guy can have a polygamy marriage.

Other religion always like to play around with the idea of polygamy to say that Islam encourage polygamy. But the main idea of it is to get the situation of man having affairs behind their wife backs under control. This to avoid adultery and having illegitimate child.

To make matters worse is when your illegitimate child accidentally marry your child with your other woman. It is haram and scientifically proven not healthy for their future child because of the high similarity of the couple genes.

Only man with enough knowledge on polygamy, understand and can practice it, can do polygamy.

If there is even a TINY DOUBT in the man's heart that he can't be fair(in all ways) to all his wives>>>> then he cannot practice polygamy. Islam also always emphasis on monogamous marriage.

The reality is that it is really hard to even be fair to one wife.

SO now>>>> my suggestion is>>>>to get man who wanted to marry more than one to get into a class educating on every aspect of polygamy.

Better>>>>>get all men to attend class about polygamy even before they get married. So that they will understand the whole principles of it and guidelines of polygamy and marriage.

Bali bombers....A sad story

Such a nice serene place to be. Yet...........

Why do I think that it is a sad story?

Well obviously not because they died. But the fact that people grieve over them and pity them for being punished for what they did. Well of course I do have some compassion for them as a fellow human being but I do not think that what they did is correct.

From what I know, Islam does not permit killing. Even in war, Islam have provide us with a proper guidance. For example, we should not attack anyone that do not wish to make war with us. To respect the elderly, women and children in war.

I'm even worried when I saw that due to this incident, they are more determine to continue what those fellow died fighting for. Please stop. Follow what Islamic teaching really teaches us.

Islam brings peace and not war.

Please realize that you will only tarnish the name of Islam by saying that you did this because of your religion. While you don't even know what your religion preached on those matters (not saying that I'm an expert but I do know that it is a wrong and unislamic thing to do).

So I hope and pray that they will come to their senses and do the correct thing.

And for the non-Muslim, please do not take their doing as a picture of what Islam is all about.

Islam is a beautiful religion. It is the people who claim to be the follower(not all, of course) that's making the religion ugly by not following what it teaches.

why no beer, wine or any alcoholic drinks

Well this is due to the effects from consuming the drinks that we are prohibited to drink it....

First, is that it will make us drunk. And drunk people do a lot of regrettable things like below:
  • It can cause danger to others(drunk drivers),
  • can make we do wrong and irrational thing (like ops we have a baby, huhu),
  • can make you commit crime while being drunk
  • make you vulnerable and expose to danger from other people
Second, it will lead to addiction that will only troubled you more.

Third, it can lead to liver damage and other disease due to over consumption.

Fourth, it will make you aged faster.

And a lot other damages you can see going around us these days.

Well of course some will claim that it does have some benefit but since the benefit outweigh the harm, it is better be safe than sorry. Furthermore there are other things in this world that can give you benefits without harming you.

This is some sort of self control you should have in yourself to be healthier and better.

Allah s.w.t. knows a lot more than us did so when Allah s.w.t asked us to do something, it is obviously for our good. Since Allah s.w.t. knows more than we do and loves us all more than we can love ourselves.

Pig, pork, bacon....

Why do we muslim cannot eat anything originating from pig?

Well from my knowledge, the animal are considered a very unhygienic creature because it eats almost everything and because of that in its body contains massive amount of bacterias and other unclean and unhealthy microorganism(like worm) harmful to us.

Another reason is because the fact that all the harmful bacterias and microorganism will not be dead even if the meat is cooked. So if you thing that eating it cooked is safe rather than eating it raw, you are wrong.

When something gives you more harms than benefit(only keep your stomach full), it is best to not consume it.

So who says that Islamic teaching does not have any logical or scientific reasoning.

Care for Halal...

what is halal?????

Halal does not only concern food like pork free and alcohol free. It involves other areas and issues such as the process of making the food from where you get the material to where you serve it.

It is really important to make sure that we consume only halal food because what we eat will determine what we are. Eating halal food means that we eat clean, healthy and safe food for our body.
For instance, halal way emphasis heavily on slaughtering the animal the correct way to minimize the pain and suffering of the animal slaughtered. This is done out of respect for the living animal.
It also will make sure that all the blood from the animal will flow out when slaughtered to ensure the animal is clean and safe to consume. It is not allowable to consume animal that have not been slaughtered properly because the blood remaining in the animal is not clean to be consume.

So what is Halal(this is taken from an article):
All other things except:
  • swine/pork and its by-products
  • animals improperly slaughtered or dead before slaughtering
  • animals not slaughtered in the name of Allah
  • Alcohol and all forms of intoxicating and hazardous drinks
  • Carnivorous animals, birds of prey and land animals without external ears
  • pests
  • Animals forbidden to be killed in Islam
  • Animals considered repulsive
  • Animals that live on both land and water
  • Blood and its by-product
  • food that contain any of the above product
  • Any biotech animals/plants from pig or dog
  • Plants and products that is poisonous, dangerous to health and faece
In conclusion, regardless whether you are a muslim or not, you should be an enlightened consumers and opt for a halal food instead because of the benefits.
